Energy capacity and power
HPLC-tested Ultra Pure Creatine that ensures top quality, safety and efficiency
MARNYS SPORTS® Premium Creatine contains pure Creatine monohydrate, a direct source of energy for the beginning of sports practice or for physical performance in successive sets of sports activity.
The Creatine monohydrate in MARNYS SPORTS® Premium Creatine is pure, with no loading agents such as maltodextrin or sugars, no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. It has been tested by HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography), one of the most widespread laboratory tests to ensure the purity and safety of an ingredient.
The container of MARNYS SPORTS® Premium Creatine provides 1 month (or 31 days) of servings for a loading phase and the rest as a maintenance phase (see directions for use).
It is suitable for vegans, and gluten and lactose-free.
Creatine contributes to improving physical performance in successive sets of short-term, high intensity bouts (EFSA), in the case of foods providing 3g of creatine per day in adults doing high intensity exercise.

What is creatine?
Creatine is a nitrogen amine discovered in 1832. It produced within the body by the kidneys and liver from two amino acids: arginine and glycine. Ninety-five percent (95%) of the body’s creatine stores are found in skeletal muscle. In the diet, it is abundantly found in meat and fish.
Creatine is currently considered the most effective ergogenic aid available for increasing our capacity in high-intensity exercise during workout, as well as the fat-free mass in athletes.
How does creatine work and when to take it?
Creatine becomes part of our muscle tissue and gives the possibility of having ATP (energy currency of the body) under conditions in which there isn’t enough oxygen, like in the first seconds of any sport, as well as the possibility of providing the necessary strength for the last sprint.
Because creatine is an easy, fast and highly-available energy form, its intake is recommended during meals to take full advantage of this quality.
What is creatine monohydrate?
There are several forms of creatine. However, creatine monohydrate has been the most widely studied and its formulation has proven to be very helpful in short-term exercise, weight lifting, high intensity exercise and in cycling, among others.
Most studies have shown a significant increase in muscle strength when using creatine monohydrate, first as a loading phase and then as a maintenance phase. The loading phase is understood as an initial period of time in which the administered serving is higher than the average serving maintained afterwards. The International Society of Sports Nutrition states that the scientific evidence for creatine monohydrate points out that there are no side or adverse effects when Creatine is used properly.
