MARNYS® SOY LECITHIN is derived from IP-quality, non-genetically modified sources (Non-GMO). It has a neutral flavour and does not affect food's original taste. Soy Lecithin phospholipids are the most abundant in different body tissues and include fatty acids in the cellular membrane, with an improved absorption and greater effectiveness.
