TO KNOW MORE

Wild mint or Japanese Mint has got high levels of menthol (approximately 80% of volatile oil) compared to Peppermint (Mentha piperita), and is the most used for the extraction of this chemotype. Traditional Chinese and Indian herbology have used it at a food level for digestive processes, a fact recognised by the German Commission E.
