Liposomal L-Carnitine, a critical role in transporting fat.
Practical single-dose, drinkable vials containing 3000 mg of L-Carnitine tartrate liquid.
MARNYS® Carnitin 3000 contains 3000 mg of L-Carnitine tartrate, a natural ingredient that plays an important role in the energy metabolism, including the transport of long chain fatty acids, which represent about 90% of the energy reserve of the human body due to its beta-oxidation within the skeletal and cardiac muscle.
MARNYS® Carnitin 3000 formulation includes liposome technology, which allows L-Carnitine to be easily absorbed in the small intestine, improving its bioavailability and enabling its presence and activity in tissues.
L-Carnitine contained in MARNYS® Carnitin 3000 is widely used in the sport practice, both for leisure and elite, as it helps the energy metabolism, especially at muscle level. Its liquid form in vials is suitable for vegans.
MARNYS® - Martinez Nieto S.A. works exclusively with suppliers certified by international quality agencies (GMP; ISO; IFS, among others) to make sure they comply with the most demanding quality levels required. MARNYS® Carnitin 3000 contains L-Carnitine Tartrate that provides 2000 mg of L-Carnitine with Drug Master File (DMF) that ensures the quality, safety, stability and purity of the raw material.

L-CARNITINE LIPOSOMAL FORMULATION
The L-Carnitine bioavailability of foods in people adapted to low carnitine diets (i.e. vegetarians) was higher (66%-86%) than in those adapted to high carnitine diets (i.e. regular red meat eaters; 54%-72%). However, the absorption of oral L-Carnitine supplements is considerably lower, as a result of which oral doses of 0.6 to 7 g, range from 5% to 25% of the total dose.
For a bioactive agent such as L-Carnitine to have the desired effect, it needs to come into physical contact with its physiological target. A possible approach to facilitate the transport of material into the cells or to the destination is the liposome application.
The liposome formulation of Carnitin 3000, contains vesicles closed by phospholipid bilayers, containing L-Carnitine tartrate, being fluid membranes that allow the release of L-Carnitine and its absorption in the small intestine. These special properties make the liposome formulation of L-Carnitine more effective and optimise its dosage.
