MARNYS® Artrohelp Marine and its ingredients provide the following properties:
The minerals Calcium and Magnesium contribute to the normal maintenance of bones and muscle function. Calcium helps reduce bone mineral loss in postmenopausal women. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal protein synthesis (EFSA).
Vitamin C contributes to cellular protection from oxidative damage and to normal collagen formation for normal bone, cartilage and skin functions (EFSA).
MARNYS® Artrohelp Marine contains 10g of enzymatically hydrolysed Marine Collagen, which is a blend of collagen peptides with very low molecular weight (4,000 Da) and good availability. Collagen is a fibrous protein whose properties control the disposition, assembly, integrity and mechanical characteristics of the body, being collagen type I the most abundant.
Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of bone, joint, muscle and skin structures, and is a glucosaminoglycan consisting of D-glucuronic acid and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine. Its hygroscopic properties make it useful in hydration, lubrication and elasticity.
D-glucosamine and Chondroitin are substances naturally produced in the body that can be found in the cartilage and help maintain its elasticity, lubricating the joints. D-glucosamine is an aminosaccharide that plays an important role in the formation of cartilage and the food containing it is, mainly, crustaceans. Chondroitin is part of a large protein molecule (proteoglycan) which provides elasticity to cartilage, and the sources are of animal origin.
Vitamins D3 and K2 contribute to normal bone maintenance, whereas vitamin D3 contributes to normal calcium absorption and utilisation, and to the maintenance of normal muscle function (EFSA).
Vitamins B2 and B6 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; vitamin B2 additionally contributes to normal maintenance of skin and mucous membranes (EFSA).

HOW TO USE
Take 15g (1 level scoop + ½ scoop) once a day, dissolved in 250ml of water, juice or other liquids, preferably in the morning.

What is collagen?
