MARNYS® ALERHELP is a food supplement formulated with Capparis spinosa, Olea europaea, Ribes nigrum, Panax ginseng, Resveratrol and Helichrysum italicum. Capers (Capparis spinosa) contain quercetin, which can block the effect of histamines. Alerhelp is a liquid supplement in single-dose vials.


Fructose, blend of fruit extract powders: Capparis spinosa, Olea europaea leaf, Ribes nigrumPanax ginseng, maltodextrin, Helichrysum italicum, Resveratrol (Polygonum cuspidatum extract), preservative (potassium sorbate), aniseed essence and deionized water. 



Take one vial before breakfast. Shake before use.
