How long will it take to receive my purchase?

Delivery time depends on the destination. For deliveries to large cities in Spain, the delivery time is 24 hours, as long as you make your purchase before 14:30 on a working day, except on Fridays. For smaller towns, delivery can be made within 48 hours. No deliveries are made at weekends.

How can I track my orders?

When you confirm your purchase, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number provided by the shipping agency so that you can follow your order.

How do I know that my order has been received and accepted?

You will receive a confirmation message. If not, a Marnys.com consultant will contact you. As soon as we confirm your order and make the charge to your credit card, confirm your deposit with the bank, we notify our courier service to proceed with the delivery of your order.

What courier service do you use?

For national deliveries, we work with Sending, SEUR and MRW, and DHL for international deliveries.

I do not know when I will be at home and when my online order will arrive! What can I do?

We are aware of how complicated it is for you to wait to receive your online purchase. That is why we have activated the SEUR Pickup delivery method. You can choose to receive your purchases at one of these points which are open during long opening hours, even at weekends.
