Technical objectives of the project:

Selection of a probiotic particularly producer of HA that allows its microencapsulation by atomization using one or several prebiotics, to achieve improved properties of adhesion to intestinal epithelial cells (intestinal mucosa).
Development of symbiotic microencapsulation technology by atomization
Development of an innovative symbiotic product and its industrial manufacturing process that achieves a significant improvement in intestinal epithelial repair
Clinical study of the benefits of administering the developed microencapsulated symbiotic with probiotic cells and administering the same microencapsulated symbiotic but with inactivated probiotic.
