MARNYS® Citrubiomax is a food supplement, which contains Grapefruit concentrate with a minimum content of 800 mg of Bioflavonoids/100 ml, and vitamin C, aiding in a purifying effect.
The Grapefruit concentrate is known for containing a high combination of flavonoids (flavanones, flavones, flavonols, and anthocyanins), with naringin being the most abundant flavanone in grapefruit. Other chemical constituents identified in the grapefruit are: limonoid aglycones, glucosides, furanocoumarins, ascorbic acid, folic acid, glucaric acid, carotenoids, pectin, and potassium.
The main actives in Grapefruit are the flavonoids, which were researched by several prestigious institutes (such as the Pasteur Institute in France and the Institute of Microbiology in Herborn, Germany), discovering a wide variety of effects inherent in this substance.

Take nine drops (equal to 0.5 ml) diluted in a glass of water or juice, three times a day.

What are Flavonoids?
Bioflavonoids are a type of water-soluble plant pigments commonly found in fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin C, especially citrus fruits.
There is evidence that the presence of flavonoids increases the bioavailability of vitamin C, as it is absorbed more quickly and remains longer in the body. Ascorbic acid and citric acid are components found in grape seed concentrate.
Flavonoids have demonstrated antioxidant effect in vitro.
