Lecit-MARNYS® is formulated as softgel capsules and contains Soya Lecithin (GMO-free), what provides a minimum phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylinositol and phosphatidic acid content of 7%, 5% and 1.5% respectively, from soya bean oil and soya lecithin.
Phosphatidylcholine is a phospholipid naturally found in high concentrations in neurons and liver, among others, and is essential for their structure because it keeps cell membranes flexible.
Lecit-MARNYS® and its ingredients are good allies for body well-being because:
- Soya beans are widely cultivated due to their lipid (40% of polyunsaturated fatty acids), protein (20%), carbohydrate (18%) and dietary fibre content, making it a highly nutritious food with interesting properties for body well-being.
- Soya lecithin comes from Soya bean (Glycine max), which belongs to the family Fabaceae and is a complex blend of phospholipids and triglycerides, being phosphatidylcholine and phosphoinositol the most important phospholipids.
