Lecit-MARNYS® is formulated as softgel capsules and contains Soya Lecithin (GMO-free), what provides a minimum phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylinositol and phosphatidic acid content of 7%, 5% and 1.5% respectively, from soya bean oil and soya lecithin.
Phosphatidylcholine is a phospholipid naturally found in high concentrations in neurons and liver, among others, and is essential for their structure because it keeps cell membranes flexible.
