HOW TO USE
Take 11.6 g (1 level scoop) once a day, diluted in 250 ml of water, juice or other liquid, preferably in the morning.

Chondroitin and Glucosamine are part of the connective tissue
Connective tissue is one of the most plentiful and widely distributed in the human body. It can be found in the meninges that cover the brain, as well as in muscles, cartilage and bone.
It is composed of type I collagen fibers, proteoglycans, glycosaminoglycans - glucosamine, chondroitin and hyaluronic acid - which provide it with properties of flexibility and resistance to tensile or compressive stresses, elastic consistency and lubrication to reduce wear and tear, and morphological stability to support the weight of the body.
What is chondroitin?
