Aloe vera: symbol of well-being

The word Aloe Vera derives from the Arabic word ‘Alloeh‘, which means ‘bright bitter substance‘, while ‘Vera‘ in Latin means ‘true‘; 2000 years ago, Greek scientists considered Aloe Vera to be the universal panacea, and the Egyptians considered it as a symbol of well-being, which is why it was gifted when a child was born or a business was opened.

Aloe Vera is native to the Mediterranean region of southern Europe and northern Africa, and the Canary Islands. This grows mainly in the dry regions of Africa, Asia, Europe and America.

Aloe barbadensis (Aloe Vera) belongs to the family Liliaceae and is a shrubby plant with an excessively short stem, evergreen, xerophilic, succulent, pea green in colour. The plant has got triangular and fleshy leaves with serrated edges, hanging and tubular yellow flowers and fruits containing numerous seeds.

My mother has acidity problems and since she has been taking it she feels a little better. The taste is pleasant and not hard to take.

I am a big fan of Aloe Vera. I buy all kinds of products with this wonder of nature that is the aloe plant. I mainly use aloe creams and the more natural the better. I had never tried aloe to eat before and I had heard a lot about it. Having been taking other natural products from Marnys for a long time, it has given me enough confidence to decide to try drinking aloe. The product is easy to take and the recommendation is to dilute it with your morning juice so that you don't even notice it, as some people don't find the taste very pleasant.
