MARNYS® celebrates its 50th anniversary with the 'Bee Marnys' responsible event

MARNYS® - MARTINEZ NIETO S.A. celebrates the 50th anniversary of its establishment on August, 1968. As part of events to mark its 50th birthday, the company run the responsible environmental event named 'BEE MARNYS®'. A family day with plenty of fun and teambuilding activities enjoyed by more than 200 MARNYS® employees and collaborators in the Rafael de la Cerda (Tentegorra) park in Cartagena (Spain).

The 'BEE MARNYS®' event aimed to raise awareness about the problem of bees and their conservation. The 'Friends of Bees Foundation' participated in the event to explain how bees and their pollination action is key to our ecosystem. Bees also play a crucial role for the MARNYS® - Martínez Nieto S.A. companywhich began its trajectory in 1968 with a honey packing plant and today is one of the world's leading manufacturers of natural products based on royal jelly and propolis. 

MARNYS® collaborators worked together to build 34 beehives that were donated to a beekeeping centre.

Social responsibility, awareness, teamwork and, above all, lots of fun, were the goals of this family day to enjoy the 50th anniversary of MARNYS® - MARTINEZ NIETO S.A. The festive day ended with games and activities in the 'Tentegorra Aventura' park.
