- Crys Dyaz, personal trainer, nutrition specialist and physiotherapist, has successfully added this product to the Pelvic Floor Unit of her CrysDyaz&Co centre.
MARNYS®, the food supplements and natural cosmetics laboratory, has presented today, together with its ambassador Crys Dyaz, advice on how to get our bones and joints in shape, especially during the cold season. She offered a workshop in which the personal trainer and physiotherapist shared recommendations and practical exercises on osteoarticular health, especially for the different stages of women.
"In osteoarticular health we must keep in mind four pillars: sleep and daily rest, exercise to keep our body active, a good balanced diet and proper supplementation, with a trusted brand like MARNYS for me," said Crys Dyaz.
Besides this advice, the physiotherapist recommended the food supplement Condrohelp, a new supplement with a high concentration of Chondroitin and Glucosamine, Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin C. It provides comfort to connective tissues such as cartilage, tendons and ligaments against ageing or discomfort caused by exercise.
Condrohelp is being used successfully in the Pelvic Floor Unit at CrysDyaz&Co. "This formulation is particularly useful for the pelvic floor tissue. It is an ally of the good condition of the ligaments and tendons in this area, particularly in terms of firmness, being suitable, for example, in impact sports or in women after childbirth," explains Crys Dyaz.
Condrohelp is available in powder form and has a pleasant orange flavour. "One small scoop is taken once a day, preferably in the morning, dissolved in a glass of water or juice". A few days ago, Crys explained how she takes this supplement every morning, in a video on her Instagram account.
Chondroitin and Glucosamine are natural components of cartilage that are involved with firmness and lubrication. Hydrolysed Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid provide proteins that are part of the structures of cartilage, tendons and ligaments (connective tissues), for elasticity and lubrication. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal cartilage function.
Wellness for women inside and outside
Crys Dyaz is an ambassador for #MARNYSBalancedWoman, a new movement to promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle both inside and out. MARNYS® CEO, Roberto Martínez, has stressed the benefits of the food supplement line for bones and joints. They have other important products such as Artrohelp Forte, "an excellent supplement for those looking to keep their osteoarticular health in a practical format in single-dose drinkable tablets, thought to make it easy to take anywhere and provide greater bioavailability", he explained.
In addition, other feminine care products from this laboratory, such as Ginecoil, a vaginal moisturiser with natural ingredients for internal and external use, were also recommended at the meeting. The CrysDyaz&Co pelvic floor and feminine health team uses it for the care of the intimate area with excellent moisturising results.
