Committed to the Return of Talent to Spain.

MARNYS® - Martínez Nieto S.A. is the first company in Cartagena to work with the Return of Talent Programme, so that young emigrants between the ages of 18 and 34 may return to Spain with a professional future.

The General Manager of MARNYS® - Martínez Nieto S.A., Roberto Martínez Moeckel, signed a collaboration agreement on 22 March 2019, together with Lourdes López and Mª Carmen Meca, responsible for the Return of Talent to Cartagena Programme promoted by the Youth Department of the City Council of Cartagena.

The aim is to help all those young people between 18 and 24 years old who were born, lived or studied in Cartagena and who are currently abroad and would like to come back to Spain, in the search for job opportunities. The programme is also committed to those who have been back to Spain in the last 6 months.

MARNYS® thus shows its commitment to talent and its strong commitment to the development of innovation and the internationalization of companies in our town.

MARNYS® has its main premises in Los Camachos industrial estate in Cartagena, from where the company manufactures, distributes and exports around 400 natural products - food supplements and organic and natural cosmetics - to 60 countries. It has one of the most technologically advanced facilities in the industry, and one of the most modern laboratories in the industry.

Its premises, which are currently being extended, are made up of a team of more than 130 highly qualified professionals, including doctors in pharmacy, chemistry and biochemistry, biologists, nutritionists and economists, among many others. The company also works with universities such as the UPCT and UCAM to promote knowledge and training of talent, through different chair programmes.
