Plants from all over the world are used in aromatherapy. India supplies camphor, cardamom, clove, coriander, ginger, lemongrass and sandal, respectively used for their relaxing, rejuvenating, stimulating, aphrodisiac, tonifying, skin firming and regenerating properties, among others.
Ylang-ylang comes from the Comoros Islands and is used to soften skin and as face massage oil, without forgetting its aphrodisiac properties. Basil comes equally from those islands and is specially indicated for congested skin. In Spanish fields we find plants such as sage, fennel and lavender.

How can Marnys Essential Oils be used?
MARNYS essential oils can be used individually or mixed in order to create your own blends.
MARNYS essential oils work on many levels: physical. emotional, mental, spiritual... and are ideal in combination with other therapies.
There are plenty of ways to enjoy their benefits: massage, in baths, vaporization, inhalation. to scent rooms, in compresses, etc.
Massage
It is the most popular. Oil is absorbed into the skin. Dilute the selected oil in a bottle to a proportion of 6 drops per 10 ml (two teaspoonfuls) base oil. You can create your own ointment. You only have to choose a base cream or any of the body oils of our wide range and mix them with the selected essence.
Baths
Essences in warm bath water are absorbed steadily through the opened skin pores, while the person inhales their vapours. It is an enjoyable way to use essential oils. Prepare a warm bath, add 10 drops essential oil and disperse them with your hands. Then relax in your bathtub for at least 10 minutes to let the oil work.
Vaporization
Vaporizing essential oils is a way to create different atmospheres in your home. Oil burners or diffusers are ideal to vaporize essential oils. A few drops lemon essential oil can help keep insects away.
Inhalation
A traditional way to use essential oils. Pour a couple of drops on a handkerchief and inhale the aroma. we can also add a few drops oil into a bowl with warm water, cover your head with a towel and breathe the vapours in for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Perfume
In order to scent a room, pour a few drops essence onto the melted wax of a candle. Another option consits of adding two drops onto an electric bulb. The ideal thing is to pour the oil when the light is off and then turn it on.
