MARNYS makes its annual donation to charitable organizations

• On this occasion, MARNYS - Martínez Nieto S.A. has increased its solidarity contributions compared to last year.
• As part of its CSR program 'MARNYS Community', the Cartagena-based company continues to provide constant support to associations and projects that help the most disadvantaged.

MARNYS - Martínez Nieto S.A. has delivered the annual solidarity donations to different non-profit associations in the local community, coinciding with the Christmas campaign, a particularly challenging time for many families in need and vulnerable populations.

This time, aware of the increased costs that have depleted the financial resources of these associations, the laboratory of natural dietary supplements and cosmetics has increased the donation amounts and advanced the delivery date compared to last year.

The president and founder of MARNYS - Martínez Nieto S.A., Mr. José Martínez Nieto, received representatives from the respective associations at the MARNYS facilities in the Los Camachos Industrial Estate in Cartagena to hand over the donations. Specifically, the Little Sisters of the Poor, Caritas, the Buen Samaritano Home Association, and Santa Teresa Hospitality.

As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Plan, the company has the ‘MARNYS Community’ program, which encompasses actions aimed at socio-labor integration, support for the most disadvantaged groups, and promoting equal opportunities.

The donations will be allocated to support the work carried out by these organizations. The Santa Teresa Hospitality is a secular charitable institution that provides shelter for homeless people, those in social exclusion, and vulnerable individuals, covering their basic needs for rest, food, and hygiene; the Little Sisters of the Poor are dedicated to serving needy elderly individuals; Caritas, among other activities, implements programs for people facing social exclusion; and the Buen Samaritano Home Association helps people in emergency situations, providing distribution of food, clothing, hygiene products, or medicines, as well as assisting with the job placement of individuals in need.
