MARNYS donates nearly 2,000 kg of food and essential products
- The food supplements and natural cosmetics laboratory has launched a new charity collection campaign.
- The goods have been delivered to the Food Bank of the Region of Murcia, based in Cartagena, which provides food for more than 7,500 people.
MARNYS® - Martínez Nieto, S.A., has made a donation of nearly 2,000 kg of food and personal hygiene products that have been delivered to the Food Bank of the Region of Murcia based in Cartagena.
This is a campaign of charity collection promoted by the laboratory and in which its whole staff has been involved. The company has increased the amount contributed by its collaborators threefold to help cover the most basic needs of families and the most vulnerable people in the local community.
The goods have been delivered to assistance centres, social canteens, shelters and other beneficiary entities of the Food Bank, which help more than 7,500 people.
As well as non-perishable foodstuffs such as pasta, pulses and tinned food, milk, infant formula and hygiene products such as nappies, cologne, toothpaste, shampoo, gel and bandages were also delivered.
"With this initiative that we have organised once again this year, and with the involvement of all MARNYS® collaborators, we are helping to relieve the severe economic situation that many families in our region are going through. More charitable donations
