GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICE (GMP)

MARNYS is GMP certified by the certifier SGS according to 21 CFR Part 111 regulations for food supplements. All MARNYS facilities, processes and quality management system are satisfactorily inspected under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards that guarantee the quality and safety of formulations. They also guarantee the strictest and best hygiene, temperature, pressure and humidity conditions, as well as permanent microbiological testing.

IFS FOOD CERTIFICATION

MARNYS holds the IFS Food Certification granted by the international certifier SGS, at the highest level, for the production and packaging of food supplements and dietetic products in the following dosage forms: hard and softgel capsules, powder and oral fluids.

COSMOS ORGANIC & COSMOS NATURAL CERTIFICATIONS FOR COSMETICS

These seals granted by SOIL ASSOCIATION, one of the most internationally prestigious organisations for the certification of organic and natural products, guarantee the use of ingredients from organic farming, the use of production and transformation processes which are environment-friendly and respectful of the human health, as well as the responsible use of natural resources.

ISO 9001:2015 STANDARD

MARNYS Quality Management System has been approved by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance according to ISO 9001:2015, applicable to the research, development and manufacturing of dietetic products and food supplements. Therefore, compliance with the Quality Policy and the Quality and Food Safety Objectives is guaranteed.

ISO 14001:2015 STANDARD

MARNYS Quality Management System has been approved by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance according to ISO 14001: 2015 Standard applicable to research, development and manufacture of dietary products and food supplements by which compliance with the Environmental Policy is guaranteed.

AEO (AUTHORISED ECONOMIC OPERATOR) CERTIFICATE: TRUST MARK OF CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES

MARNYS counts on the Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) certificate, recognition granted by customs authorities that endorses our company as a reliable partner within the international logistic chain.

ORGANIC CERTIFICATION

The organic products line is certified by the Organic Farming Council of the Region of Murcia (Spain) in accordance with the Regulation 834/2007 on production and labelling of organic products.

REGISTRATION OF THE PRODUCTION PLANT BY THE U.S. FDA

The MARNYS production plant was inspected by the prestigious U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the satisfactory results allowed the company to market its products in the United States of America.

	QUALITY CONTROL Quality control is carried out on raw materials, formulas in design, manufacturing stages, packaging material and finished product. All our raw materials, which have been exhaustively selected through supplier auditing processes, are subject to a set of analysis to check that they meet all the specific requirements. The Quality Control team specialises in identifying the active ingredients, as well as controlling possible contamination and adulteration of ingredients. Highly qualified professionals and experts apply state-of-the-art technologies to perform specific analyses and quality tests throughout the whole productive process. More than 6,000 individual analysis of raw materials, materials and finished product can be performed in one month .
	VERIFICATION AND CHECK Individualised inspections by our own technologically-advanced quality control laboratory allows our teams to perform quality control quickly and effectively.
